From the initial idea to final delivery: your individual design process with JMD
The prices for a paint job are as individual as the designs themselves and therefore difficult to define in general terms. A helmet paint job is meticulous handcraft β from planning to the finished painted helmet β and it often takes several days of work per helmet. Most of the helmets shown in our gallery fall within a price range between β¬800 and β¬4000 plus tax. However, if you describe your planned desired design, we can quickly send you a rough cost estimate by email. Most projects range between β¬1,500 and β¬2,500. The waiting time for a complete helmet design process including drafts and painting is ideally around 3β6 weeks. However, during high-demand periods such as the pre-season, it may take longer. We will inform you of the current waiting time together with the cost estimate. Please note that we only need your helmet for the actual painting period. For designs without chrome coating, this is approximately 10 business days, and with chrome around 25 business days. During the design planning phase, you can continue to use your helmet.
